WELCOME TO THE WORLD PARKER!!! Last week, Jen and Robert welcomed their first child, a bouncing baby boy ;). For months now, Jen and I have been talking about me photographing the birth and now it has come and gone already, wow, how time flys! On Friday morning, I got a phone call at 5:30am and was told Jens water broke, I hauled it down to the hospital and then waited for 9 hours, lol. She was in labor for a total of 12+ hours (I think I lost count), whew, you gotta hand it to her :) It definitely gives meaning to the "hurry up, and wait!" lol
Just before she was about to have the baby, I had to go into the waiting room, so, unfortunately I didn't get the umbilical shots or anything like that, but this is the youngest newborn session I've ever shot, hahaha.
Parker came into this world bringing with him a literal storm! It was so incredibly windy and rainy that you could barely walk, lol, I have a feeling that means they're going to have their hands full ;)
What an absolute blessing to have a baby in the home. Thank you again Jen and Robert and God bless!!!
