About 2 years ago I got an email asking to use one of our images for a book the Knot was putting out. I was soooo thrilled and couldn't wait to share the news with my family and the world! It was the first time someone asked to use one of our images, and it was killing me not to share. A lot has happened in those last 2 years, that I honestly almost forgot about it, then, last night when I got home, there it was, waiting for me :) I was so excited that I couldn't wait to sit down and start flipping through it. :) What's really funny is that I didn't realize it was going to be a real book, like one with a hard cover and everything, lol. This book is incredibly awesome, and there are soooo many pages of beautiful wedding inspiration. I highly recommend all brides run out and get this book immediately :)
The image they used was taken at Kristin and Tim's Wedding in Boston, July 2008. Which you can see their wedding HERE.

I love waking up to little bits of happiness in my inbox. This morning I got news that one of the images from Patti and Erick's wedding back in July was used in the children's gallery on the Grace Ormonde website! :) yay! I loved this wedding so much and it just brings a smile to my face to see one of our favorite images being used on such an amazing site such as Grace Ormonde :)

Yay! John and I are very, very excited to announce that Nathan and Raquel's wedding from last December was chosen as a Real Wedding to be published in Get Married Magazine's Fall Issue. I have been bursting at the seams with excitement over this wedding! Everything about it was absolutely unique and FUN! :) you can check out their blogged wedding HERE. John and I are very excited to announce that Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine has chosen to list Kenzie Shores Photography on their invitation-only platinum list. A directory of top wedding professionals from around the world. I can not tell you or even explain how excited John and I were when we got the phone call last month. I've been dying to share this with everyone I come in contact with but I had to wait until everything was set in place. It's such an honor to be listed among what is considered the best of the best in the industry around the world. Thank you to all our wonderful clients for letting us be us and shooting our hearts out in order to earn this privilege. :) No doubt will we continue to strive to be the best we can :)

A few weeks ago, I twittered that John and I had received some exciting news. Actually, that entire week we were blessed with exciting news day after day :) It was a great way to start off the new year. We'll reveal more as it all develops ;) but one piece of that exciting news was mine and John's first interview :) We are featured photographers on an awesome site called "Don't Box Us In!" which represents the artistic photographer. We were just so humbled that we were part of the chosen few to be interviewed for their "best of 2008" photographers. Oh my goodness! more good news!!! Today we were featured on Posh Betty! Which is a completely awesome site dedicated to the Posh Bride. John and I are ALL about the DETAILS, it's the story of life, lol, so no wonder we love this site so much! To all my brides, you have to go check them out! and have a peek at us while you're there ;). The photos used are from Jenny and Joe's wedding back in October. I absolutely loved their wedding, because you could just see how in love they are! Not to mention how Fun and outgoing they are!

We were just recently asked to join Abby Jeans Little Black Book of vendors! We are so excited! The little black book is associated with Style me Pretty, which is on Martha Stewart's list of favorite blogs! Soooooooo, in a round about way, we're linked to Martha Stewart! lol.
