Mine and Johns favorite time of year is Halloween. Well, actually, it's my favorite time of the year, it's right up there with Christmas (actually, I think I like it more). But, over the years I've involved John more and more in my crazy love for this

holiday
:)

We had originally planned this massively HUGE Halloween party, but unfortunately (and fortunately), we're slammed with weddings and portrait sessions, so we won't be able to throw a party like we want to. Who knows, Halloween is the only weekend we have left open, maybe we'll change our minds, lol.

Anyway, the reason for this post is to ask for a little help. We are completely stumped this year as to what to go as... we always have to be scary and mix it up a little. The problem is, that we're trying to out do our costumes from last year. Last year we went as Alice and and the Mad Hatter, only the twisted Halloween version, we were Malice in Horrorland, and our theme was that we caught that annoying bunny :) John took best costume :) So, we need to top that. Any ideas??? I would really really appreciate a fresh take on this. Your comments are greatly appreciated :)

In case you haven't seen it yet, here is a picture of us last Halloween :) It's funny, because all the clicks on my blog (especially from other countries) come through on this picture link, lol.

I've thought about wearing my wedding dress and looking like a gruesome bride. Do you still have your dress? Tease your hair and do something like you did last year. Get John to wear an old suit.

Hmmm.... Well. You never know, since those were last minute costumes you may come up with something last minute this year too. I really can't help you because I don't know what I'm going to do. Lets see if I can still fit in my inmate costume :)
