Happy Thanksgiving!!! We have a lot to be thankful for today, and I'm so excited to spend the day with my family! My parents are having close to THIRTY people over for dinner tonight, holy cow! Did I mention I have a huge family, lol. A lot of preparation went into today, and of course I snapped off a few pictures :)
Starting on Tuesday.
Last year, we started a new tradition with my dad, and it was making these super awesome noodles.
haha, my dad did not see this coming! hahaha

it's funny to see how fascinated the boys are with her stomach :)
I was teasing Dani, because this is the only time I'll ever be thinner than my sister, hahaha
they were making fun of me, lol.
and the night before is always about tons of baking! you wouldn't believe how many cakes and pies are going to be there today. :)

I could be wrong, but I think this carrot cake recipe was passed down from my Great Grandmother or something...

I just have to say that Carrot Cake is my favorite cake in the entire world!!!!!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I have a few things I have to list. Noodle making at dads...haha! I love the one of Kimmy leaping on him!!! Still crackes me up thinking about it and glad you were able to capture that moment :) And of course the pictures of the guys with their hands on their hips...oh and keep bragging about how you are skinnier than me; you just wait until after January....I'll show you.
AAAAND cake and pie making at moms was fun and I absolutly love the picture of that ancient recipe that REALLY needs to be laminated before it crumbles!!! And yes, our Grandmother is absolutely beautiful!
