Look who I'm Talking to...

Wednesday, March 26, 2008

Look who I'm Talking to was the theme for my 10 year old sister's art project. They had to draw and paint a picture of someone and then write a short story of their "conversation" with them. I was really surprised that she chose me! lol.

A few weeks ago I got a phone call from her asking me if I was available on March 9th to come with her to the Arts Center downtown, then she explained the project to me and that her picture was chosen to be hung in the museum. Very exciting, and I'm so Honored! In case you can't read it, here is what she wrote about me...

"Hi Mckenzie, you make me happy because you are the best sister in the world, I can trust you and you never let me down. Plus, you always keep your promise. You keep me up and never down."

I almost started to cry when I was reading it. I had no idea she felt that way! :)

Here's to you Harleigh, you make me proud and you are growing up so fast! I love you millions!!! -sissy.
