Nathan and Raquel are MARRIED!

Wednesday, December 30, 2009

On Tuesday (my favorite day of the week) December 8th, Nathan and Raquel "tied the knot" at Lowry Park Zoo. This wedding was so incredible and unique in so many ways :) With a few changes coming in the new year, I went ahead and used our new blog actions from MCP actions. They're so much fun!

Below are all the awesome details from the day! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Nathan and Raquel did a "First Look", and I seriously recommend this to all our brides! We were able to get soooooo many awesome shots around the zoo because of the extra time :) :) :)

A fun little fact about their vows, Raquel stuck with the bird theme and incorporated words from Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven"...very, very cool. ;)

Instead of Dancing, they played Arcade games! awe-some!

There were so many different touches to this wedding. Instead of gifts, they asked that people choose an organization to donate to...I can't tell you how much this touched my heart. :)

Bring on the animals!

Kenzie,
I have seen many photos of weddings and this is the first time I am hard pressed to pick out a few photos that really jump out to me. Almost all of them are drop dead gorgeous and I can't believe that is all the product of only one award winning photographer. You are gifted and can teach photographers around the world and pass on your gift.
On a personal note, I wanted to know if you are interested in exchanging blog links. Would you like your blog listed on my blogroll with just your website name or some other text?
On a business note, friends of mine at Exclusively Weddings said if I ever ran into a quality wedding related website (like this one) to ask if you might be interested in listing them on your blog? Is it possible to have them listed in your navigation or footer under a category like "Wedding Resources" or "Links"?. They might be open to other options if you have any other ideas. Of course, I'm sure they could pay you a fee by PayPal for your time.
Enough about them I look forward to hearing back from you either way and keep up these great posts!!
